The NBBU (Dutch Temporary Business Union) regulates working and housing conditions in The Netherlands for temporary jobs. It ensures, for example, that temporary workers receive a collective bargaining agreement and that temporary employment agencies comply with the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement, like minimum housing conditions and the guarantee of at least 30 hours of work per week by contract, in addition to complying with the laws and regulations in The Netherlands.

SNA aims to achieve self-regulation to prevent fraud and illegality in the temporary employment sector and in all forms of work (sub)contracting. By having inspections carried out on the basis of our standard and by awarding the SNA quality mark, SNA gives substance to this.
